		<description>Thanks for pointing this out, Don (and Jay).

This is an important issue for all organisations, but doubly so for learning and development folk - as we need to help people learn (increasing an informal ie intangible activity) to do their work (which is increasingly intangible too).

I don&#039;t think we&#039;re ever going to be able to do this successfully unless we get the rest of the business aware of and comfortable with intangibility too.

So well done Jared Sandberg for drawing more attention to this.</description>
