US financial reporting isn’t all wonderful, either.

Dennis Howlett of the Accman blog has taken a spin on my most recent posting in which he points out that SEC filings are not as unambiguous as the final part of my piece claims. I was drawing on some ICAEW research, but I think it’s a fair point – there’s plenty of room for wooliness within the US rules.

Check out his posting for more detail, including a final uplifting clarion call for valuing and liberating people rather than measuring and controlling them.
